G. J. "Chip" Bradish, LMHC
G. J. "Chip" Bradish is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who has over 15 years experience in the fields of psychology and social work. In addition to his work with OnTrack Adoption Associates he maintains a private psychotherapy practice in Boston. He has a particular interest in helping people build adoptive families and supporting them over the lifespan. He also works with children and adolescents with behavioral issues and the parents that care for them.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. His internship work was conducted at Fenway Community Health Center in Boston, MA. He has post masters training in Family Systems Theory, Sexology, Adoption, Addictions and Couples Therapy.
Alison Kempson Aparicio
Alison Kempson Aparicio is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW) who has over 15 years experience in the field of social services. Ms. Aparicio holds a Bachelors of Science Degree from Stanford University and a Masters of Social Work from Columbia University. She has received Post Masters Training in Family Systems Theory and Bowenian Theory.
Ms. Aparicio has been providing consultation and counseling to adoptive families for over ten years. She has lived and worked in Latin America and has particular expertise with regard to adoption from this region. She has extensive experience working with children with attachment and behavioral issues. She also specializes in helping families to integrate their own cultural heritages with those of their adopted children.
